Our history
Guns N’ Roses (Pty) Ltd began in 2017 when two strangers met on a shooting range.
The one required assistance with a shotgun, the other kindly assisted to help.
The realisation of the need for firearm training in South Africa led to the birth of the Company.
Initially, Guns N’ Roses product focused on and Basic Firearm Competence training and developing the interest of responsible firearm ownership under the female population.
The popularity for firearm training grew and soon Guns N’ Roses was offering training to the Business Purpose environment as well.
Despite its early success, the Company began shifting its focus into the wide open market.
Offerings included hosting shooting events for helping current firearm owners to brush up on firearm safely and shooting skills.
Guns N’ Roses became known for its unprecedented customer care and established solid niches in the firearm training market by offering quality training.
Surviving in a difficult industry led to the company motto being “Quality over Quantity” – our mission statement from day one.
The world was hit by a pandemic called Covid. Guns N’ Roses had to change and adapt to survive. We continued offering accredited firearm training as well as customised training for individuals and groups, ensuring strict Covid-19 protocols were adhered to.
Guns N’ Roses joined up with Global Firearm Trainers for realignment of the Company objectives. This partnership opened new opportunities for progressions and additional customer offerings.
Through dedication and hard work, two Guns N’ Roses Instructors become qualified Master Instructors with Global Firearm Trainers.
For the first time in the Company history, we could now give accreditation to new Firearm Instructors coming into the market.
With a constant change in market behaviour Guns N’ Roses incorporated new skill sets to increase the product list of training offer to our customers.

Our training is offered in condensed, scalable, and repeatable training experiences, because we know that most people cannot take the time to attend multi-day training courses.
